Nacido en 1964, el pintor norteamericano Morgan Weistling comenzó sus estudios de arte de modo autodidacta, con su padre. "Alumno" aventajado, ya a los 15 años dibujaba con ezquisitez la anatomía humana.
Pero no sería hasta que consiguiera su trabajo en una tienda de material de arte, que fuese descubierto por un publicista que ,tras ver sus trabajos de adolescencia, lo contrata como ilustrador de cartelería y posters para la empresa cinematográfica holliwoodiense, para la que Westling trabajaría durante 14 años.
Pero aún con todo, llega un momento en el que decide lanzarse y pintar para sí mismo. Es entonces cuando monta su primera exposición, con 26 cuadros. La noche de la inauguración los vende absolutamente todos. Al año siguiente se produce una segunda exposición, con idéntico resultado.
Morgan Weistling es sin duda un artista que vale la pena.

Weistling es un artista poco conocido aquí, por eso quise acercarlos a su trabajo, a su arte maravilloso que estoy segura que los deslumbrará.
Aquí expongo parte de su obra. Como podrán observar son cuadros que transmiten muchas emociones. Definitivamente Weistling es capaz de capturar con inconmensurable talento momentos inolvidables, imágenes inspiradas en sus creencias o escenas de la vida cotidiana, involucrando a la mente y llegando al corazón.
