Esto ha circulado mucho por Internet desde hace tiempo, pero no podía faltar en mi post. Como unas veces lo he encontrado en español, y otras en inglés, lo pongo en los dos idiomas:

En realidad, parece que con palabras largas, no resulta tan fácil de entender , según dicen aquí , en donde además tienen un “traductor” online de texto correcto a enrevesado (en Ingles).
Otro texto enrevesado, pero no desordenando las letras de las palabras, sino cambiando ciertas letras por dígitos numéricos que “se parecen” a las letras, de tal forma que el texto sigue siendo legible:
