TightVNC Debian Squeeze 6.0

Instalamos vnc Server:

root@www:~# apt-get install tightvncserver

Iniciamos el server:

root@www:~# tightvncserver :1

You will require a password to access your desktops.

Password:

Verify:
Would you like to enter a view-only password (y/n)? y
Password:
Warning: password truncated to the length of 8.
Verify:

xauth: creating new authority file /root/.Xauthority

New 'X' desktop is www:1

Creating default startup script /root/.vnc/xstartup
Starting applications specified in /root/.vnc/xstartup
Log file is /root/.vnc/www:1.log


Descargamos el vncviewer for windows:

http://www.tightvnc.com/download.php


Ingresamos en el cliente:

192.168.1.101:1

Ingresamos el password y listo.


Para matarlo:

root@www:~# tightvncserver -kill :1

Killing Xtightvnc process ID 4572
