Hola Taringuer@s! Devido al "exito" de mi anterior post, y a pedido de varios T! (solo 2 pero ta) traigo esta 2da entrega de MARCADOS Y FUERTES. Hoy nos enfocaremos en los biceps, si bien estos 3 videos son cortitos sirven de mucho si los hacemos a menudo.
