Esta imagen se ha hecho muy popular entre los usuarios de Internet, en lo que va del año. Su autor es Shepard Fairey, enigmático artista que se ofreció voluntariamente a diseñar un afiche de campaña para apoyar al candidato demócrata a la presidencia de Estados Unidos, el senador Barack Obama. De más está decir que dichos pósters se vendieron y se =revendieron en una progresión de precios "descabellada" (el primero a u$s 45 y el último a u$s 10.000).
