Windows predeterminado en el GRUB de Ubuntu

1. Seleccioné la primera opcion en el grub (osea la vetranita de selección, antes que inicie algun sistema operativo) 2. Entre a Ubuntu 3. Entre a Aplicaciones - Accesorios- Terminal 4 Una vez en terminal ( y esto va para los noobs como yo) teclee lo siguiente: Para gnome: sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst Para KDE: sudo kate /boot/grub/menu.lst y en el editor de texto (kate o gedit) debe decir algo como esto: # menu.lst - See: grub(8), info grub, update-grub(8) # grub-install(8), grub-floppy(8), # grub-md5-crypt, /usr/share/doc/grub # and /usr/share/doc/grub-doc/. ## default num # Set the default entry to the entry number NUM. Numbering starts from 0, and # the entry number 0 is the default if the command is not used. # # You can specify 'saved' instead of a number. In this case, the default entry # is the entry saved with the command 'savedefault'. # WARNING: If you are using dmraid do not use 'savedefault' or your # array will desync and will not let you boot your system. default 0 Ok , cambia ese 0 por un 4 y listo, dale a guardar...(abajo explico porque 4) Osea q debe quedarte asi: # menu.lst - See: grub(8), info grub, update-grub(8) # grub-install(8), grub-floppy(8), # grub-md5-crypt, /usr/share/doc/grub # and /usr/share/doc/grub-doc/. ## default num # Set the default entry to the entry number NUM. Reinicia tu maquina, y veras que en el grub sale windows señalado por defecto...solo hace falta esperar los diez segundos o presionar entrar... Porqué cambiamos el valor 0 por 4? Le das cuatro porque grub lee los istemas operativos en su menu desde 0...el primero en estar configurado es Ubuntu...hay otro a prueba de fallos si no me quivoco, ese seria el 1, hay otro más que no tengo la mas puñetera idea de que será ese es el numero 2, el NUMERO 3 ES LA OPCION QUE DICE OTROS SISTEMAS OPERATIVOS, si le das 3 en ves de 4 en default, iniciará en esta opcion, le das entrar y no aparecerá nada...(si por casulidad lo hiciste no te pongas nervioso, si entras en esta opcion, le das escape y listo)...
