paso a paso para recuperar archivos borrados todo tipo

el programa se llama PhotoRec Paso A PasoPARA USAR EL PROGRAMA SE UTILIZAN LAS FLECHAS DEL TECLADO Y EL ENTERSELECIONA EL DISCO(PUEDE SER USB EL MISMO DISCO RIGIDO ,ETC)ELEGI EL TIPO Y PULSA ENTER PARA CONTINUAREL TIPO DE PARTICIONAMIENTO POR DEFECTO PHOTOREC AUTO-DETECTA LA PARTICION DEJENLO COMO ESTASelección de partición OrigenSI EL DISCO ESTA PARTICIONADO DEBERAN ELGIR LA PARTICION DONDE DESEAN BUSCAR LOS ARCHIVOS.SI QUIEREN BUSCAR EN TODO EL DISCO ELIJAN LA PRIMERA OPCION.COMO VERAN ABAJO TIENE OPCIONES Search luego de elegir la partición que contiene los archivos perdidos para comenzar con la recuperación, Options modificar las opciones, File Opt modificar la lista de archivos recuperados por PhotoRec.OPCIONES DE PHOTOREC Paranoid Por defecto, son verificados los archivos,y rechazados los que no sirve.Habilitar bruteforce si quieren recuperar mas archivos fragmentados ,pero esto incide en la cpu. expert mode forzar el tamaño de bloques Keep corrupted files conservar los archivos invalidos para luego usar otra herramientas forensicas . Low memory cuando el tamaño del archivo es muy grande y tu sistema no tiene suficiente memoria..SELECIONAR EL TIPO DE ARCHIVOpara selecionar deselecionar todo pulsa la tecla "s" y para selecionar solo un tipo especifico las flecha "->"luego quit y searchARCHIVOS DEL SISTEMAphotorec nesecita saber los bloques de datos con cual trabajar si usas windows obiamente usaras la opcion "otros" dejarlo por defecto COMENZAR EL PROGRESO DE RECUPERACIONpulsa la tecla "y" de yes si en español ,y comenzara a recuperar .Recuperación en progresoen la primera pasada, PhotoRec busca el tamaño de los bloques de datos para determinar de que tipo es si es un jpg ,bmpexe,etc.en la siguiente pasada, repuera los archivos aun cuando estan fragmentados.los archivos se muestran en directorios recup_dir.1, recup_dir.2... . RECUPERACION COMPLETADACUANDO TERMINA EL PROGRESO PHOTOREC TE MUESTRA EL DIRECTORIO DONDE FUE GUARDADO LOS ARCHIVOS RECUPERADOS.ESPERO QUE LES SIRVA YA QUE SOPORTA MUCHAS EXTENCIONES DE
