Bueno antes que nada quiero que sepan, QUE POZIMI ME AUTORIZO...
Aqui van las imagenes del post!
Primero remodele el header, y la parte de abajo inclusive la nueva seccion
Esto hace que entre con cualquier resolucion
Modifique la imagen de perfil para que tenga una sombra y bordes redondeados.
Modifique el circulo de online y offline por una barra, tambien se agrega el icono del rango y los shouts del perfil tambien con borde redondeado y sombra.
Bordes redondeados en los shouts propios.
Todos los bordes redondeados.
Para instalarlo nesesitamos StyleBot, para instalarlo hace click ACA
Luego pegan este codigo en el stylebot asi:
Instalalo 
Cuando lo instales al lado de la estrella de Chrome te aparece un Css hacele click
Te salta una imagen igual a esta :
