<font face="Times New Roman">A District 7 agent was recently a victim of an attack upon her person while
supporting Operation Golden Undermine. While details are still being
investigated, it appears that a communications failure in a laser tracking
device allowed three armed attackers to penetrate a Class-3 security perimeter
line and attack the agent. The agent escaped with minor injuries, however the
attackers asked questions that revealed that they may have had knowledge of
operational details. Backup agents near the site of the attack immediately
responded, restraining and neutralizing all three attackers. Two attackers were
interrogated and terminated by the security detail, while the third accepted an
offer of self-termination. It is believed that they acted alone, however it
remains unknown how or why the subjects knowledge of the agent's whereabouts or
what if any knowledge they had of the nature of the operation. While steps have
been taken to tighten security in that operation, all field agents are reminded
to exercise the utmost care in allowing knowledge of whereabouts to be given,
and to always let your backup agent know your whereabouts. In addition, all
agents are requested to check their personal protection devices and the
integrity of their self-termination packets. Agents who have less than three
years of field experience will also be contacted by HQAC in the near future to
schedule a review of personal security procedures.

<font face="Times New Roman">Congratulations to Agent Hector-3291 on being promoted to Operational
Surveillance Manager for Sector 4, Succeeding Agent Jimi-1492. Agent Hector will
also oversee all psychological operations on subjects within Districts 18, 19,
20, 23 (South carolina and northern Georgia Section only) and 29 (North Carolina
section only.) Agents in the affected sections who previously contacted
Jimi-1492 should now contact Agent Hector.

named operations. Agent Jimi specialized in operations targeting subversive

work is appreciated and he will be missed by all those who have had the
opportunity to work with him.

<font face="Times New Roman">Agents who participated in Operation Palm Tree in District 62 (only) may have
been exposed to certain items without having been issued complete information
with respect to its hazards. This may have resulted in personal exposure of
agents to unsafe levels of radiation due to Thorium and Strontium tracers that
were added to the items. If you have any of these items still in your
possession, IMMEDIATELY move them away from any living areas, and place into a
Rad-safe box if available. Immediately contact the HAZMAT-Rad unit of your
Sector for assistance and equipment issue if required. Similar materials issued
for other operations were issued with all proper contents.

<font face="Times New Roman">It was recently reported that an unknown hacker group may have attempted to gain
access to this website recently, however they were stopped by the login
procedure and did not gain access to any information. As you know, the Computer
Security Management office has further tightened security and recently required
all passwords to be changed and validated through a high-level password checking
program. This site is now even more secure than before, however it was not
possible to determine how (or even if) the attackers knew the site's true
location. The possibility exists that they found it from a bookmark or cache
file left in error on an unsecured system. Agents must ensure that they have and
use the current version of the cleanup utility (v6.13f, download is 307KB,
