Que tal amigos de Taringa...
Desde hace un tiempo he tenido algunos problemillas con respecto a la conexión de mi red.
Mis especificaciones de mi Lapatop...
- Samsung R440
- Intel Core I5 (Segunda Generación)
Lo mas importante que es la tarjeta de red:
- Broadcom 802.11 [Claro si tienen esta tarjeta]
La solución es muy pero muy simple...
Lo único que tienen que hacer es ir a esta página:
http://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php
Ahi vienen unos drivers de X86 (32 Bits) y de x64
Y en el último viene un archivo .txt [aqui lo solucioné yo]
Viene en inglés para instalar los drivers... Pero yo no instalé...
Lo único que hice fue hacer lo siguiente...
Ubuntu:
------
Go to System->Administration->Hardware Drivers
Choose the Broadcom STA wireless driver
Activate
Sometimes the driver does not show up in the Hardware Drivers choices. In
this case, try reintalling the driver from the GUI or shell like this:
From the GUI:
Package Manager (System>Administration>Synaptic Package Manager). Click the
Reload button in the upper left corner of Synaptic to refresh your index then
search for and reinstall the package named bcmwl-kernel-source.
From the shell:
dijo:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get --reinstall install bcmwl-kernel-source
In either GUI or text case, after reinstalling, reboot your machine.
Now go back to System->Administration->Hardware Drivers
and you should see the driver enabled and working.
Abren una terminal Control + Alt + T y pegan lo que esta en negritas...
Y listo... Se les comenzará a descargar e instalará los conflictos que había en el controlador...
