Hola a todos, este es mi primer post y no es muy completo pero lo voy a ACTUALIZAR. Por ahora solo es info de Wikipedia pero despues voy a postear el juego para PC (Tengo que probar si andan unos parches que encontre). ¿Por que ER? bueno decidi hacer un post sobre mi serie favorita pero ya habian muchos post sobre Lost, House y Heroes... No en serio esta es una gran serie que descubri hace poco y lamentablemente termina despues de 15 (!) temporadas. Bueno, aca va la info: ER (Sala de Urgencias en Hispanoamérica, Urgencias en España) fue una serie de televisión producida en Estados Unidos de 1994 a 2009 por la cadena NBC, y que se transmite en diversos canales de televisión en muchos países. Tiene un perfil dramático. Fue creada por el novelista Michael Crichton. Trata acerca de lo que ocurre en la sala de urgencias del hospital ficticio County General en Cook County, Chicago, Illinois, y de la compleja vida personal de los médicos que trabajan en ella. ER significa "Emergency Room", lo cual se traduce al castellano como Sala de Urgencias. La serie se estrenó en Estados Unidos en 1994 y posteriormente en otros países (v. gr., en España debutó en 1996). En sus últimas temporadas, la serie no pasaba por su mejor momento, debido a la poca audiencia que le está siguiendo en Estados Unidos, llegando sólo al #30 de Series más vistas en EE.UU. Por ello se decidió que la decimoquinta temporada sería la última. El último episodio de la serie fue emitido en EE.UU. el 2 de abril del 2009. En el 2001 Stringfield regreso con el mismo papel de la Dra. Lewis, en el capítulo de la octava temporada "Never say Never". Volvió a salir de la serie en el inicio de la temporada 12 "Canon City". Esta segunda salida no fue vista, si no mencionada por el personaje de la Dra. Kerry Weaver 4 episodios después en "Wake Up" cuando explicó que Susan había aceptado irse a una posición de supervisión a un hospital en Iowa, después que se le negara en el County. * Dra. Anna del Amico, (Maria Bello), residente de pediatría, después de un año en el County General,deja urgencias en la 4ª temporada para irse a vivir a Filadelfia, donde vive su familia y su novio, también pediatra, Max Rocher. Simplemente no fue considerada parte del elenco de la quinta temporada. Como la segunda salida de Lewis, no vimos cuando se fue, fue mencionada en la premier de la quinta temporada "Day for Knight", cuando Carter le explica a la nueva estudiante de medicina Lucy Knight que hereda la taquilla de la Dra. Del Amico]]. * Dr. Doug Ross, (George Clooney), dejó el programa en el episodio de la quinta temporada "The Storm, Part 2", cuando es acusado de darle a la madre de un niño en estado terminal el código de la máquina que le suministraba analgésicos y recibir una dosis letal. Clooney hizo una breve aparición en la sexta temporada en el episodio "Such Sweet Surrow" cuando su personaje se reencontraba con Carol Hathaway. * La ATS Jeanie Boulet, Gloria Reuben), salió del programa en la sexta temporada en el capítulo "The Peace of Wild Things," cuando decidió quedarse en casa y cuidar a su hijo adoptivo Carlos, el cual tiene VIH. Aparece de nuevo en el capítulo 11 de la temporada 14, "Status Quo" cuando su hijo Carlos es ingresado en el County General a causa de una enfermedad debida al SIDA. * La estudiante de medicina Lucy Knight, (Kellie Martin), abandona la serie en mitad de la sexta temporada, en el capítulo "All In The Family", cuando fue apuñalada de muerte por un paciente que sufría un ataque de esquizofrenia. Carter fue herido de gravedad por ese mismo paciente, pero a él si pudieron salvarle. * La enfermera jefe Carol Hathaway, (Julianna Margulies), dejó el programa en el final de la sexta temporada, en el episodio "Such Sweet Sorrow" cuando decidió irse a Seattle (Washington), para encontrarse con Doug Ross, el amor de su vida y el padre de sus dos hijas. * Dr Dave Malucci, (Erik Palladino), salió del programa en la octava temporada tras ser despedido a causa de la muerte de un paciente y por conducta inapropiada, en el mismo episodio "Never Say Never,"Sherry Stringfield vuelve a la serie. * Dr. Peter Benton, (Eriq La Salle), salió del programa en el capítulo de la octava temporada "I'll Be Home For Christmas" para pasar más tiempo con su hijo Reese y su novia la Dra. Cleo Finch, interpretada por Michael Michele, quien también dejó el show en ese capítulo. * Dr. Mark Greene, (Anthony Edwards), superó un tumor cerebral que parecía inoperable en la 7ª temporada, pero el tumor reapareció y murió del mismo tumor en el cerebro en el penúltimo capítulo de la octava temporada, "On the Beach". Eriq La Salle y Michael Michele hicieron una breve aparición en este episodio cuando sus personajes, Peter Benton y Cleo Finch, fueron al funeral de Mark. Reaparece brevemente mediante un flashback en el capítulo 7 de la temporada 15, tratando al hijo de la Dra. Banfield. Abandonó definitivamente la serie en la temporada 12 cuando el vehículo en el que viajaba fue alcanzado por una bomba en Iraq. Se casó con la Dra Neela Rasgotra antes de morir. * Dr. Elizabeth Corday, (Alex Kingston), dejó la serie en el episodio de la temporada 11 "Fear"después de tener problemas por hacer un trasplante de órganos ilegalmente. En vez de ser despedida, Kerry le ofrece un puesto sin responsabilidades como instructora clínica en el hospital, pero Elizabeth lo rechaza y regresa a Inglaterra. En una entrevista con la revista Británica Radio Times, Kingston dice que fue sacada del show debido a su edad, comentario que trajo controversia. Después negó todo. * Dra. Jing-Mei "Deb" Chen, (Ming-Na). Llega a urgencias en la 1ª temporada como interna, pero abandona el internado al morir un paciente por hacer una intervención. Regresa en la 6ª temporada y deja urgencias en la 11ª temporada para cuidar de su moribundo padre y finalmente ayudarle a morir. * Dr. John Carter, (Noah Wyle). La serie se inicia con la llegada del Dr Carter al County General como estudiante, es el último actor que comenzó en la primera temporada en abandonar la serie. Dejó la serie en el final de la temporada 11 en el capítulo "The Show Must Go On" cuando deció reunirse en África con su novia Kem Likasu (interpretada por Thandie Newton). En la temporada 12, Wyle volvió como Carter para 4 episodios: "Quintessence of Dust," "Darfur," "No Place to Hide," and "There Are No Angels Here". * Dra. Kerry Weaver, (Laura Innes), abandona la serie a mitad de la temporada 13 en el episodio "A House Divided," cuando el Dr. Kovač fue forzado debido a recorte de presupuesto a despedirla. Después de una battalla por quedarse con su puesto y que Kovač se diera cuenta que debía encontrar una manera para que se quedara, Weaver decidió renunciar del County y aceptar una oferta de trabajo en Miami. * Dr. Luka Kovač, (Goran Višnjić), dejo el elenco principal al final de la temporada 13 al regresar a su país nativo Croacia para estar con su padre que padece cáncer de pulmón. Regresa en la temporada 14 pero al morir su padre vuelve a abandonar la serie. Se espera que abandone definitivamente la serie a lo largo del año 2008. * Dr. Ray Barnett, (Shane West), deja la serie en el final de la temporada 13, en el capítulo "The Honeymoon is Over", después de perder sus 2 piernas en un accidente de tráfico tras una pelea con el Dr. Gates por la Dra. Rasgotra. Regresa a Baton Rouge con su madre para recuperarse. * Dr. Gabriel Lawrence, (Alan Alda), deja urgencias en la misma temporada en la que entra (6ª). Kerry Weaver, su alumna durante mucho tiempo y quién le contrató, descubre que padecía alzheimer y se ve obligada a despedirlo. * Dr. Victor Clemente (John Leguizamo), emergencista. Deja urgencias en la 12ª temporada debido a su peculiar comportamieto al parecer provocado por Estres Post Traumático o deprivación del sueño y es seguido por psiquiatría. * Dra. Margaret "Maggie" Doyle, (Jorja Fox), residente de medicina de emergencia. Interna en la 3ª temporada y residente de urgencias desde la 4ta temporada, deja urgencias en la 5ª temporada después de acusar al Dr. Romano de acoso sexual y no tener el apoyo de la Dra. Corday por miedo a que Romano revele su relación con Benton. * Dra. Amanda Lee, (Mare Winningham), jefa de urgencias, se marchó de urgencias en la 5ª temporada cuando el Dr. Greene descubrió que realmente no era médico, era una farsante que falsificó su título para acceder a la residencia de medicina. * Dr Gregory Pratt, (Mekhi Phifer) muere despues de un atentado en el que colocaron una bomba en la ambulancia que transpotaba a un testigo protegido dejandolo severamente herido. Personajes secundarios * Dr. Donald Anspaugh (John Aylward), cirujano. Jefe de personal de la 3ª a la 6ª temporada (dándole el puesto al Dr. Romano hasta la 9ª temporada, cuando pierde el brazo y es reemplazado por la Dra. Weaver desde la 9ª hasta la fecha). Desde la 6ª aparece como un personaje muy influyente en los jefes de personal. * Dra. Angela Hicks (Carol Christine Hilaria (CCH) Pounder) Cirujano desde las 1ª hasta la 4ª temporada. Estaba muy impresionada con Carter como residente de cirugía. * Dr. David Morgenstern (William H. Macy), jefe de Cirugía y de Urgencias. Deja urgencias en la 4ª temporada luego de cometer una falla en la operación al Dr Swanson de un volvulo esofágico después de sufrir un infarto miopatico * Dr. William "Wild Willy" Swift (Michael Ironside), jefe de Cirugía. Aparece en la 1ª temporada y de ahí no regresa hasta las 4ª temporada como Jefe de Cirugía en reemplazo del Dr. Morgenstein, puesto que deja al Dr. Romano * Dra. Kim Legaspi (Elizabeth Mitchell), psiquiatra. Aparece en 7ª temporada, donde empieza a salir con Kerry Weaver. Tras romper su relación con la doctora, se encarga de la terapia de la madre de Abby, que es bipolar. Es acusada por una paciente de acoso y tras tener problemas con Romano por el hecho de ser lesbiana es despedida en la misma 7ª temporada. * Sandy López, (Lisa Vidal), mujer bombero que empieza a salir con Kerry en la 8ª temporada. Se acaban casando y tienen un hijo. En la 10ª temporada, Sandy muere en urgencias debido a unas graves quemaduras. Kerry lucha con los padres homofóbicos de Sandy por la custodia de su hijo, y acaba ganando. * Carla Reese McGrath, (Lisa Nicole Carson), madre de Reese Benton, hijo de la relación con su viejo amigo Peter Benton. Carla se casa con Roger McGrath y pide a Peter la custodia de Reese cuando se mudan a Alemania. Roger se acaba quedando en Estados Unidos y se comparte la custodia. En la 8ª temporada, Carla muere en un accidente en el que Reese sale herido y Peter deja urgencias para ocuparse mejor de su hijo. * El recepcionista Frank Martin, (Troy Evans), que aparece ocasionalmente a partir del capítulo 21 de la 6ª temporada, aparece en el primer capítulo de la primera temporada con el mismo nombre, Frank Martin, ejerciendo de policía, profesión de la que efectivamente dice haberse retirado antes de ser recepcionista. * El recepcionista Jerry Markovic, (Abraham Benrubi), aparece regularmente entre las primeras cinco temporadas, y luego entre las temporadas 8 y 13. Al principio de esta última, él es operado a causa de un disparo en el pecho, luego de lo cuál se va del Hospital. En la temporada final de ER, Jerry hace una nueva aparición, buscando trabajo en el County. * Dr. Jack Kayson, (Sam Anderson), es el Jefe de Cardiología durante toda la existencia de la serie. Durante la primera temporada, tiene una relación de enemistad con la Dra. Susan Lewis, la cuál lo salvara de un infarto más tarde. * Enfermera Lydia Wright, (Ellen Crawford), es una de las más antiguas enfermeras de la Sala de Urgencias. Durante la tercera temporada, se casara con su novio policía enfrente de toda la Sala de Urgencias. Abandona la serie, luego que el Dr. Romano realizara un corte de preupuesto en la Sala de Urgencias, despidiendo a ella y otros enfermeros más. * Enfermera Haleh Adams, (Yvette Freemann), es otra de las enfermeras antiguas de la Sala de Urgencias. Posee una hermosa voz, por lo cuál muchas veces tendrá que animar las fiestas de personal de Urgencias. Temporadas ER (USA), Urgencias (España) o Sala de Emergencias (México), lleva 15 temporadas concluidas, el 28 de septiembre de 2008 comenzó la 15ª y última temporada, la cual concluyó el 2 de abril de 2009. 15ª Temporada * Dr. Luka Kovač (Goran Višnjić). Actualmente si "Urgencias" recibiese otra nominación al premio Emmy podría convertirse en la serie más nominada en la historia de este galardón. MS-DOS son las siglas de MicroSoft Disk Operating System, Sistema operativo de disco de Microsoft. Es un sistema operativo comercializado por Microsoft perteneciente a la familia DOS. Fue un sistema operativo para el IBM PC que alcanzó gran difusión. Versiones: PC DOS 1.0 - Liberado en 1981 como complemento al IBM-PC. Primera versión de DOS. Soporta 16 Kb de memoria RAM, disquetes de 5,25 pulgadas de una sola cara de 160 Kb. 22 ordres. Permite archivos con extensión .com y .exe. Incorpora el intérprete de comandos COMMAND.COM.
