Si al haber puesto el metodo de seguridad de bloqueo de pantalla de patron perzonalizado se os ha bloqueado el movil Android al realizar demasiados intentos incorrectos.Posteriormente saldra una pantalla para desbloquear el movil introduciendo el usuario y contraseña de google con el que nos hemos registrado en el movil.con este mensaje: "Se ha realizado demasiados intentos incorrectos de creación del patrón"Por un bug de android no nos aceptará el usuario y contraseña, por lo que la única opción de volver a tener nuestro movil es la siguiente: Creamos una nueva cuenta de gmail desde nuestra computadora. Llamar desde otro teléfono a nuestro movil bloqueado. coger la llamada y darle al volver del menú(la flecha hacia atrás). Poner el wifi para que funcione y podamos recibir datos mientras la llamada sigue funcionando(si colgamos la llamada se bloqueará otra vez el movil!) Ir a Ajustes > Seguridad y desactivar el patrón creado. Ir a ajustes > Sincronización y añadir la cuenta de Gmail que hemos creado en nuestra computadora. Apagar el teléfono. Volver a encender el telefono y en la pantalla de desbloqueo introducir los datos de la cuenta de gmail que habéis creado. Una vez desbloqueado el teléfono, podéis quitar la cuenta que hemos creado para su desbloqueo. Si esto no funciona, tendrás que hacer solo el paso 2 y luego hacer un reseteo del teléfono(quitar la tarjeta SD para que no se borre).el reseteo se efectuará desde el menú Almacenamiento >> Rest.
