CAMINO INCA CLASICO 4 DIAS / 3 NOCHES El Camino Inca es una red de un antiguo camino inca pavimentado con piedras que cruzan las montañas sobre el río Urubamba y llega a la ciudad de Machu Picchu en Perú. Sin embargo, los caminos inca no se limitaron a este camino. Estes Caminos se vinculan de Cusco a todas las direcciones de América del Sur, que forman una red de comunicación de más de 30.000 km de Camino Inca. El Camino Inca tiene en total 45 kilometros, logra combinar la belleza del paisaje de montañas, frondosos bosques y la selva subtropical. Por supuesto, una impresionante mezcla de construcciones en piedra, centros arqueológicos, ruinas y túneles incas. El destino final del Camino Inca es Machu Picchu, la misteriosa "Ciudad Perdida de los Incas. Día 01: CAMINO INCA CUSCO - KM 82 - HUAYLLABAMBA Pasaremos a recogerlo a su hotel a las 6:00 am con nuestro autobús y luego dirigimos a Piscakucho (2700 msnm) La ciudad conocida como el Km 82 a través de la ruta del tren de Cusco a Machu Picchu en tren. Comenzando nuestra caminata desde el puesto de control del puente y caminar por el lado izquierdo del río Urubamba que fluye hacia el noroeste del Valle Sagrado. Después de pasar por algunas terrazas planas, llegamos a Miskay (2800 msnm) para ir hacia arriba y finalmente ver la Ciudad Inca de Patallacta (2750 msnm), continuaremos nuestro viaje por el camino del valle creado por el río Kusichaca e ir poco a poco hasta llegar a nuestro primer campamentoHuayllabamba (3,000 msnm) donde tendremos las vistas más espectaculares del río Vilcanota, en el lado opuesto del río Urubamba se puede ver el impresionante nevado Verónica (5832 msnm) y el incalculable diversidad de flora y fauna que se puede encontrar en el sitio. Día 02: CAMINO INCA HUAYLLABAMBA - WARMIWAÑUSCA - PACAYMAYU Después de un buen desayuno, estamos listos para continuar nuestra caminata (considerada la más fuerte del viaje), consiste en una subida estrecha y cerca de los acantilados (9 km). A lo largo de esta subida el paisaje se modifica a la Puna Sierra (zona seca con poca vegetación y alto). Este sera la ruta para llegar a la primera pasada de la montaña conocida como Abra Warmihuañuska (Paso de la mujer muerta) podemos ver llamas y alpacasdomésticas pastando Ichu (una de las pocas plantas que crecen a esta altura). También cruzarémos a través de una área de bosque habitado por diversas clases de animales como los gorriones, picaflores, perdices y los osos andinos. Para esta ruta recomendamos llevarcaramelos de limon, chocolates y hojas de coca. para de este modo mantener el alto nivel de azúcar y controlar su nivel de glicerina en altitud. Inmediatamente después del paso descenderemos al valle de Pacaymayu (3600msnm) donde acamparemos después de 6 horas de caminata. Día 03: CAMINO INCA PACAYMAYU - CHAQICOCHA - WIÑAHUAYNA Este día es memorable por su número de sitios arqueológicos que visitaremos y recibimos más información de nuestra guía. De Pacaymayu continuaremos al segundo paso la abra de Runcurakay (3970 msnm), a media mañana visitaremos el complejo arqueológico del mismo nombre, este sitio se encuentra a 3800 msnm, consiste en una pequeña estructura oval que se incorpora como lugar de vigilancia (Torre de Vigilancia). Después de pasar por el paso descenderemos a Yanacocha (Laguna Negro) y entrar al bosque nublado y finalmente llegaremos a Sayacmarca (3624 msnm). Este es un hermoso complejo compuesto de un edificio semicircular con diferentes niveles, calles angostas, fuentes litúrgicas, patios y canales de riego. Vamos a seguir el camino por un camino fácil, llegamos a la tercera etapa a labra de Phuyupamarca (3700 msnm). A lo largo de nuestro recorrido podremos apreciar la magnitud del arte antiguo de los incas y ver las rocas que fueron colocados en perfecto orden. Continuaremos nuestra caminata ir sólo a través de un túnel Inca y llegar al paso anterior, esto es uno de los complejos arqueológicos, aunque completa y conservada y es el punto más alto de la montaña. Phuyupamarca significa "La nube sobre la ciudad", donde podremos observar un sofisticado complejo y compuesto de las fuentes de agua con una base sólida y con unas vistas impresionantes del río Urubamba, después de ese caminata llegaremos a Wiñayhuayna (2700 msnm). En este sitio encontraremos una casa de campo con un restaurante, habitaciones con baño y ducha de agua caliente. A cinco minutos del lugar de campamento en Wiñaywayna complejo arqueológico que consta de un centro agrícola con numerosas terrazas y religiosa de la ciudad. Día 04: CAMINO INCA WIÑAYHUAYNA - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO Este día nos levantaremos a las 4:00 am de la mañana para dejar Wiñayhuayna a la hora indicada, después iremos hasta el Inti Punku (Puerta del Sol ó la salida del Sol). El recorrido nos llevará aproximadamente una hora, y luego vamos a caminar sobre piedras planas que se encuentran en el borde de la montaña, donde podemos ver la salida del sol sobre la ciudad de Machu Picchu. De Intipunku descenderemos a Machupicchu en un promedio de 40 minutos. Al llegar a Machu Picchu tenemos una visita guiada de aproximadamente dos horas. Entonces luego usted tiene tiempo libre para caminar a las afueras de la Ciudadela o subir a la montaña Huayna Picchu, donde se pueden ver unas vistas espectaculares de valles y montañas que rodean la ciudadela de Machu Picchu o también visitar el Templo de la Luna y el famoso Puente de Inca. En la tarde bajaran al pueblo de Aguas Calientes, donde podrá visitar los baños termales para relajarse después de 4 días de caminata. Aquí le entregaremos los boletos de tren de retorno a la ciudad de Ollantaytambo, que dura un promedio de 1hora 45minutos, a la llegada estará esperando nuestro bus para trasladarlo a la ciudad de Cusco, arribando alrededor de las 19:30 ó 22:00. Day 1: Cusco - Cachora - Santa Rosa Our first day starts out from the village of Cachora, a 4 hour drive from Cusco. Leaving Cachora the path works it's way down in to the Apurimac Valley and we will have fantastic views of snow-capped peaks in the distance and the Apurimac Valley spread out before us throughout the day, also after a few hours walking we'll get to have our first views of Choquequirao sat on the far side of the valley. The area around Choquequirao is rich in life and we will see a wide variety of flora and fauna as we make our way down in to the valley. Our campsite for the night is at Santa Rosa (2200m / 7215ft.) which is on the other side of the Apurimac River. As the campsite is a little further along the trail than most groups go it is one of the quietest places to camp on the whole trek so we can enjoy the beautiful scenery around us without distraction. playa rosalinaplaya rosalina Day 2: Santa Rosa - Choquequirao Today is probably the hardest day of the trek. To get to Choquequirao we need to make our way back up the opposite side of the Apurimac Valley which involves ascending about 800m / 2624ft. over a distance of 14km / 8.7 miles through hot and humid conditions. It's quite tough going but the views we get today mixed with the wide variety of flora and fauna you find on this side of the valley make it worth it. Throughout the day we will see a wide variety of bromeliads, orchids and stands of bamboo; we'll also hopefully see birds such as Quetzals, Toucans and a variety of hummingbirds. After about a 5 hour walk we'll arrive to our campsite close to Choquequirao (3050m / 10,005ft.) and settle in for the night - if the weather is clear the views of the sunsetting from here are amazing and we may be lucky enough to spot Condors soaring over the valley below. CHOQUEQUIRAOCHOQUEQUIRAO Day 3: Choquequirao - Chiquiska Today's focus is on exploring Choquequirao. Waking up early you'll head off on a guided tour of the site during which you'll be shown the most important and interesting sections of the city and get to learn about the Inca culture and the close relation between Choquequirao and Machu Picchu. Compared to Machu Picchu little is known about Choquequirao even though it has been known about for much longer. Originally discovered in the 17th century by the Spanish it lay abandoned and forgotten until recent years when tourism raised the profile of the city and exploration began. Even with this increased interest only 25% of the city has been explored and many of its secrets still wait to be discovered. After your tour you'll begin the trek back to Cachora along the route we came. Our campsite for tonight is Chiquiska (1800m / 5905ft.) in the base of the valley by the Apurimac River. Winding our way back up the side of the valley we'll have our final views of Choquequirao in the distance before arriving to Cachora in the late afternoon and travelling by bus back to Cusco.
